Reservations are confirmed once payment clears. Pitches are held until 8 pm on arrival day unless you've told us you're running late — after that we may re-let the pitch. One car is included per booking; extra cars are charged per night at the gate.

Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are charged the first night. If we have to close the grounds for severe weather, you choose: a full refund or a free rebooking.

Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 11 am. Quiet hours run 10:30 pm to 7 am. Fires only in provided rings; never cut or collect live wood. Dogs stay free but must be on leads around the grounds and never left alone on the pitch. Day visitors must register at the gate hut.

Camping is an outdoor activity: uneven ground, open water and wildlife are part of the experience. Children remain the responsibility of their adults at all times, especially near the lake and fire circles. We accept no liability for loss or damage to vehicles, tents or belongings except where caused by our negligence.

We use your booking details only to run your stay — confirmations, gate lists and the odd weather warning. Newsletter signup is always opt-in and one click to leave. We never sell personal data.
